IFA Comment: IFA agrees. It’s difficult to step back and imagine that global aviation would experience a tough recruitment situation. In the middle of the COVID pandemic the greater concern was the recovery of air traffic, the retirement and laying up of large numbers of aircraft. Now it’s clear, there’s going to be an on-going challenge to attract talented people into the aviation and aerospace industries. New initiatives are vital to addressing this growing concern.
