IFA Scholarship awarded to Head of Training
The Autumn 2021 IFA Scholarship has been awarded to Rabindra Ramoutar, Head of Training at the Art Williams & Harry Wendt Aeronautical Engineering School, Guyana.
Mr Ramoutar has selected to work for the SOFEMA EASA Part 145/147 Instructor Diploma and will shortly be starting his first modules.
The IFA Board in its selection process commented that not only will Mr Ramoutar be able to enhance his own professional qualifications but the knowledge he gains from working for the diploma will be shared with his students both now and in the future.
Mr Ramoutar on accepting the award said: “It is with great gratitude and honour that I accept the award from IFA. IFA and The Art Williams and Harry Wendt Aeronautical Engineering School has the same core value towards preparing the next generation for a safe Aviation Industry and I am extremely pleased to be a team member.
Your recognition gives me a renewed commitment in working with IFA and the School to upkeep and improve the Safety Standards in the Aviation Industry.”
