About the Assembly
Each Member State is entitled to one vote on matters before the Assembly, and decisions at these Sessions are taken by a majority of the votes cast – except where otherwise provided for in the Convention.
The ICAO Assembly is a closed meeting for all ICAO Member States. The only way industry can access this event is by becoming an exhibitor or sponsor. Complete this form to receive details on available opportunities and associated costs to attend this prestigious once-every-three-year event.
Skytalks Presentations and Opportunities
ICAO invites the global aviation community to submit proposals for Skytalks during the 42nd ICAO Assembly this September. We seek presentations that delve into the latest innovations in air transport products and processes, offer fresh perspectives on current challenges, and discuss recent projects, policy developments, and emerging opportunities.
What is a Skytalk?
Skytalk is a 30-minute session, including a 15-min presentation and a Q&A segment, that shed light on significant international civil aviation developments relevant to all stakeholders. You can explore past Assembly Skytalks on ICAO TV or UnitingAviation.
