EASA updates deviation on transportation in passenger compartments

IFA Comment: Continues as Covid-19 means we still need to move high value vaccines around the globe.

The European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) has revised its deviation for the transport of cargo in passenger cabins.

This third version of the deviation was updated in particular with regards to:

  • the extended approval validity date up to July 31, 2022
  • several clarifications in the deviation and interpretative material wording.
