IFA comment: The pathway to the digitisation of airworthiness tasks was being perused before COVID-19 struck. Now, the need to exploit digital methods has increased. This trend will see the end of paper based processes much quicker. However, in this rush we must not be naïve to the risks that fully digital systems encounter. Working from home can have benefits but it’s also time to double up on cyber security.

In the current pandemic situation taking charge of an organisations increasingly remote, diverse, and numerous end point devices is an issue.  Intel have produced an interesting report, surveying 150 IT leaders asking how can IT teams manage and secure all of the organisation’s endpoints?
