Aviation Careers Symposium 2024 – Aviation Engineering
Aerotechnics Ltd in partnership with the International Federation of Airworthiness (IFA) organized a virtual symposium on skills and competency gaps for Aircraft Engineers and Mechanics. The virtual symposium held on 2nd Sept 2024 by Jared Ajwanga, IFA’s Vice President for Africa and it was a great success.
The Aviation Careers Symposium 2024 – Aviation Engineering was an Online Event Organized to bring together Aviation Industry Experts, Professionals, Graduates, and Students, fostering a sense of community and collaboration.
The symposium aimed to foster discussions on the skills gaps in our Graduate Aircraft Engineers and Mechanics, how this affects their global competitiveness and to propose strategies for building capacity to meet the dynamic market demands. Panellists from training institutions including the Technical University of Kenya (TUK), Kenyatta University, East African School of Aviation (EASA) and other Aviation Colleges, the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority and relevant government Ministries and Departments were all in attendance.
